Turnkey, as we run it, means we take responsibility for the whole build sequence — design, structural coordination, contractor and vendor management, site supervision, and finishing — under one agreement, so you're not the one chasing three different people when something needs a decision.
This doesn't mean less involvement from you; major decisions on layout, material and budget are still yours to approve. What changes is who's managing the day-to-day coordination between trades, and who's accountable when something on site doesn't match the drawing.
